Micro Strategies Inc., an information technology solutions provider, has announced they have entered into an agreement to acquire New England Systems (NES), a Premier IBM Business Partner, specializing in Big Data, Business Analytics and Information Management Solutions.
NES, headquartered in Ludlow, MA, has been in business since 1980 and provides complete end-to-end Information Management Solutions for companies large and small throughout the Northeastern United States.
