To further that commitment, we offer a variety of options for every level of IT support, as well as custom training services designed to help our clients make the most of their technology. Micro Strategies' level of technical expertise and service excellence allows us to offer our clients reliable, cost-effective support. Our investment in staff training and state-of-the-art technology, allows us to resolve many issues remotely, minimizing on-site emergency services and reducing our clients' overall support costs.

Emergency Services

Micro Strategies values it relationships with its clients and to help them maintain a competitive edge in today's global marketplace, we offer a variety of Emergency Support Services. Our clients' calls are important to us, so all calls for technical assistance, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., are answered by a "live" person, not an automated voice system. For our clients with Service Plus Support agreements, we are also available during off-hours, seeing to the needs of our clients 24x7.
 
While all of our clients are entitled to receive Emergency Support Services, those clients who maintain a Service Plus agreement are afforded priority response to all critical system problems.

Service Plus Contract Services

While manufacturer's warranty and overall system reliability have improved over the years, client's businesses have become more dependent on their IT infrastructure. Typically, manufacturer's warranty service simply covers the replacement of the malfunctioning hardware component, and are not responsible for restoring the system to operation. Our Service Plus Contract provides:
  • Semiannual Preventative Maintenance Checks
  • Coverage for Critical Server-Based Components
  • Less than 4 hour Response Time
  • Restoration to Operation within One Day
  • Includes Loaner Equipment as Needed
  • Optional Managed Services

Service Plus Time Block Services

Many of our clients have come to rely on the convenience and cost-efficiency of Micro Strategies' Service Plus Time Blocks. All of our clients are afforded the ability to purchase blocks of time at a single, discounted rate (hourly or daily). This time can be used for:
  • Scheduled Support Visits
  • Application Software Support
  • Desktop Maintenance and Support
  • Learning Services
  • Floor Support
  • Project Resource Augmentation
