Anthony Bongiovanni

Anthony L. Bongiovanni | President

Anthony L. Bongiovanni is the Founder and President of Micro Strategies. Anthony provides strategic direction for the firm utilizing his extensive experience in the Information Technology and business worlds to guide Micro Strategies' sales, marketing, and business development groups. Anthony also served on the Board of Directors of the St. Clare's Hospital Foundation in Northern New Jersey. Prior to starting Micro Strategies, Anthony was a Project Engineer at Exxon, where he designed off-site facilities for refineries and developed computer simulations for refinery operations. Anthony received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Scott Smith

Scott D. Smith | Senior Vice President

Scott directs the daily activities of the engineering staff and maintains the firm′s certifications and skillsets in network infrastructure, servers, storage and backup systems. Scott′s diverse experience keeps him vitally involved in Micro Strategies' Infrastructure offerings, where he guides new technology assessment, pre and post- sales support and manages Infrastructure implementation services. Scott has extensive experience implementing, designing and maintaining business critical systems ranging from global email systems to business continuance to disaster recovery plans supporting small, mid-sized, and Fortune 100 companies worldwide.

Kelly O'Neil

Kelly A. O'Neill | Vice President, Finance

Micro Strategies is proud to be built upon the loyalty and industry expertise of its employees, and Kelly O'Neill is a prime example, having been with the company since 1993. As Vice President of Finance, Kelly's responsibilities include oversight of all the financial aspects of Micro Strategies′ staff, financial reporting, financial analysis, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll.

Ray Scardelli

Ray Scardelli | Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ray Scardelli′s mission is to expand Micro Strategies′ presence in the marketplace. Ray′s strong management skills, his ability to build and maintain strong partner relationships, and his illustrious career with IBM have all contributed to his key leadership role. Ray graduated Magna cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from Kean University, and serves on the IBM Storage Advisory Council.

Adam Storch

Adam J. Storch | Vice President, Business Solutions

Adam Storch is Vice President of Micro Strategies′ Business Process Solutions Group. Prior to joining Micro Strategies, Adam spent the past twenty years leading Business Practice Teams in defining and implementing business strategies and solutions for the Fortune 500 and Global 1000. His career has focused in the financial services arena, including global investment banking and corporate trust, marketing material management, document management and imaging, and workflow management. He has served in roles as Managing Director, Principal, Sr. Manager, and Financial Analyst. Adam has also played the role of Solution Architect on enterprise wide solutions – Derivative Trading Applications, Global Research Solutions and Global Contract Management Solutions.

Adam is a popular speaker at national conferences on topics such as Implementation and Enterprise Content Management.

Dan Lucky

Dan Lucky |Vice President, Business Information Management & Protection

Dan Lucky joined Micro Strategies in 2000 as Vice President of Business Information Management and Protection Solutions. He provides focused solutions for the management, archival, retrieval and preservation of client information to meet FRCP litigation requirements, regulatory compliance, and overall business needs. Dan received an Associates Electrical Engineering Technology Degree from Pennsylvania State University. He holds many professional certifications from Microsoft and IBM, and is a Certified IBM Instructor for IBM's Total Storage classes. Dan can often be found at the Micro Strategies#39; Office in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.

David Gaines

David P. Gaines | Vice President, Security

David P. Gaines is Vice President - Security and Compliance Group. He works with clients to achieve IT compliance in regulatory matters, including FRCP (Federal Rules for Civil Procedures), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999 (GLBA), National Association Of Securities Dealers (NASD) regulations, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and FDA (Federal Drug Administration) regulations. David received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University and his Master#39;s in Business Administration with Honors Degree from Monmouth University. David currently holds IBM certifications as a Cognos 10 Certified Administrator, Cognos 10 Certified Technical Specialist, Tivoli Access Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager , WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment, Websphere Commerce V6.0.Administration, Information Archive, Rational - Certified Application Developer. Previously, David was certified as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Microsoft MCSE, Microsoft Certified Product Trainer, IBM Certified Specialist, IBM AIX Engineer, and Certified Technical Trainer by the Chauncey Group International.
