This position will be part of a team responsible for driving successful deployments for our customers. You will work directly with our sales team and customers, advising them on the appropriate design and configuration of their desktop systems and data centers to run an optimized infrastructure. Your work is crucial to helping us meet all types of infrastructure challenges and if you want to help build systems that solve many types of challenges, then this position is for you.

The ideal candidate is a self-confident, well spoken, hard working and highly organized, with solid skills and experience in building relationships with customers and partners. S/he is driven to take ownership of a project and has sufficient interpersonal and technical skills to be able to take the project from presales through all phases of delivery. Willingness to learn new technologies is a must.

Minimum Requirements include:

• S/he will have Expert knowledge of Microsoft server applications and desktop operating systems. (Server OS: NT 4.0, Win 2000, 2003 2008, Client OS: Win 98, 2000,XP Professional, Vista and 7)
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory Management
• Expert knowledge on Microsoft Exchange 2000 / 2003 / 2007 / 2010
• Microsoft Active Directory design and implementation
• System Center Management Suite
• Virtualization (Hyper-V & VMware)
• Citrix (XenApp & XenDesktop)
• Expert knowledge of internet protocols including DNS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP
• Strong TCP/IP Troubleshooting Knowledge
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise solutions

Additionally, the ideal candidate will posses:

• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements
• Confidence and experience in front of clients
• Strong ability to work in a team-based environment
• Ability to be a self-starter and possess good time management skills
• A successful history of technical design and delivery capabilities
• Preferred certifications include A+, Net+, MCP, MCSE
• Advanced certifications are a plus
