This position will be part of a team responsible for solutions and will assess, plan, architect and oversee successful deployments for our customers. You will work directly with our sales team and customers, and advise them on the appropriate planning considerations, design and configuration of solutions required to run optimized systems. Your work is crucial to helping us meet all types of infrastructure challenges and if you want to help architect systems that solve many types of customer challenges, then this position is for you.

The ideal candidate is a self-confident, well spoken, hard working and highly organized, with solid skills and experience in building relationships with customers and partners. S/he is driven to take ownership of a project and has sufficient interpersonal and technical skills to assess customer needs, ask the right questions, propose appropriate solutions and plan solution architectures during presales that consider all phases of delivery and sets up projects for success. Willingness to learn new technologies is a must.

Minimum Requirements include:

• S/he will have Expert knowledge of Microsoft server applications and desktop operating systems. (Server OS: NT 4.0, Win 2000, 2003 2008, Client OS: Win 98, 2000,XP Professional, Vista and 7)
• Expert knowledge of Active Directory Management
• Expert knowledge on Microsoft Exchange 2000 / 2003 / 2007 / 2010
• Microsoft Active Directory design and implementation
• System Center Management Suite
• Virtualization (Hyper-V & VMware)
• Citrix (XenApp & XenDesktop)
• Expert knowledge of internet protocols including DNS, SMTP, POP3, IMAP
• Strong TCP/IP Troubleshooting Knowledge
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of enterprise solutions

• Confidence and experience in front of clients
• Strong ability to work in a team-based environment
• Ability to be a self-starter and possess good time management skills
• A successful history of assessment, planning, architecture, technical design and delivery capabilities
• Preferred certifications include A+, Net+, MCP, MCSE and advanced certifications are a plus
• Knowledge of architectural design and project scoping methodologies
